Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping is a flat rate fee of $4.00 per order in the U.S. Orders over $50.00 ship for free within the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. please email us for a shipping quote. We are not set up to ship internationally at this time. If you live outside the U.S. please email us for a shipping quote.



Q: What is chipboard?
A: Chipboard is pressed fiber paper. It is usually made from recycled paper, and comes in various thicknesses or weights. All of our chipboard albums are made from medium weight archival quality chipboard which is acid/lignin free.
