SHIPPING POLICY: ChipboardAlbums.com ships all orders by USPS. Our goal is to ship all orders the next business day after ordering or after payment is received if you are mailing a check or money order. Custom album orders may take an additional day depending on order backlog. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.00 within the U.S. for your complete orders, and orders over $50 ship for free within the U.S. This policy may change at any time. We are not set up to ship internationally at this time. If you live outside the U.S. please email us for a shipping quote.

RETURNS POLICY: ChipboardAlbums.com offers the following Returns Policy: Albums purchased from stock can be returned for a refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling charges. Returned albums must be received within 21 days of purchase, and return shipping must be paid by the customer. CUSTOM ORDERED ALBUMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
